I think it’s written as “末廣善神”。There is a shrine with the same name in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. However, its ‘torii’ looks different with the one in the photo. Meanwhile, I also found out that there is a shrine with the same name in Numazu, and it has a wooden ‘torii’. (Its address is:沼津市末広町26 ) So..I’ll ask a staff at Meiji-shiryokan in Numazu if he can identify the shrine.
We received a message on Twitter, saying that the last 3 characters on the shrine gate may be:
廣善神 or 鹿善神, and in its entirety may be 粟鹿善神.

末廣善神と記されている様に見えます。日本橋人形町にも同じ名前の神社があります。でも、日本橋の鳥居は石の鳥居なので写真の鳥居とは異なるかも。ちなみに、沼津にも同じ名前の神社があることがわかりました。しかも木製の鳥居の様です。沼津の明治写真館さんに問い合わせてみますね。
