   We received a message on Twitter saying:
   This letter (and also the letter on image no 319) is written on paper from Higashi-Tsunomura Elementary School. This is now Tsuno Town in Kochi Prefecture. This letter (and also letter on image no 319) is signed by a person with the surname Kaminaga or Uenaga (上永）。
