    I think this is Koushien stadium, because it has big gaps in audience seating area. By looking at this map:

    we can see that Koushien stadium has big gap in audience seats. However, I thought that Koushien stadium has so big roof in infield stand, so I research this roof. According to this website:

    the roof was removed for a while during WW2. It could be thought that this picture was taken in the period when the roof was removed.

    この地図を見ると、甲子園球場は観客席に大きな隙間があることがわかります。しかし、甲子園球場には内野スタンドに大きな屋根があると思っていたので、この屋根について調べてみました。

    上記のサイトによると、屋根は第二次世界大戦中に一旦撤去されたようです。この写真はその時に撮られたものだと考えられます。
