   We received a comment from a student at Tsukuba University:

   This photo was most likely taken at Oshima Park on Oshima island, as the clothes worn by the woman closely resembles the costumes currently rented out on Izu Oshima.

   Oshima Park was established in 1935, so this photo would have been taken after then

   筑波大学の学生さんからコメントをいただきました：

   この写真は多分大島公園で撮影されたものです。女性の服装は現在伊豆大島で貸し出しされている衣装にそっくりです。

   同公園は１９３５年に出来たので、この写真はその後の撮影かと思われます。

   We received a message on FB from Wakunakuni which says:
   Could this be at the Oshima Park in Izu Oshima? The woman’s garment is that is still worn in Izu Oshima during their Camellia Festival.

     Translation of Hirokko’s post on 3 March 2020: Is this Izu Oshima? It appears women there are wearing similar garments even today to welcome tourists.
