   Students from Kwansei Gakuin University have confirmed that the addressee is no longer at this address, and now a newly built home with new occupants.

   関西学院大学の学生が確認したところ、宛先の方はもうこの住所にはおらず、現在は新築の家に別の方が住んでおられるとのことでした。

     This may be from the Showa era, but it doesn’t seem to be that old. Green printing ink and round letters. (indicates)
